De druiven voor deze wijn komen voor 75% van het plateau en 25% staat onder aan de heuvels. 70% van de wijnstokken zijn 35 jaar oud en de rest is jong aangeplant. Alle druiven worden met de hand geplukt. De wijn is gerijpt in eikenhouten vaten, is lichtgeel, fris rond en zacht met

Perfect tuxedo to use for many functions. Got it about 2 years ago and have used it probably twice for galas as well as awards programs. Fits to size and didn’t break the bank. Texture is good and it is easy to pair with anything as well as is reusable.
