Toepassing

Solgar Vitamin D-3 25 µg/1000 IU bevat de meest effectieve vorm van vitamine D. Vitamine D verhoogt de opname van calcium in de botten. Vitamine D heeft een positieve invloed op het immuunsysteem. Extra vitamine D wordt gebruikt ter aanvulling van de voeding of bij verhoogde behoefte (zoals bij kinderen, ouderen en zwangere vrouwen). Mensen met een donkere huid of mensen die om enige reden de huid onvoldoende blootstellen aan daglicht, hebben eveneens een verhoogde behoefte.

Aanbevolen dosering

Als voedingssupplement voor volwassenen één softgel dagelijks bij voorkeur bij een maaltijd innemen, tenzij anders geadviseerd. Aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.

In fairness to the manufacturer, I tried and tried to get a photo with lighting that accurately represents this fun and unusual color to no avail. For a proper review I guess I should have my son put it on and take a picture in daylight. But they do need to change the color name at least to "champagne tweed" or something. No idea whose job it was to call this color "celery". ;p
