For years this has been in the works, you've asked for it, I've been testing, prototyping and finally you can have one to add to your training.  Comes with forearm strap. High quality nylon strap and high quality stainless steel buckle. The Plate loading pin is 1.906" and comes with shaft collar and allen wrench.  Use it with clubs, hammers, swords, Battle Axe, Mace. You can use it for presses, bent presses, side presses, you can even swing it like a kettlebell, use it for get ups. The Hero Shield is the perfect complement to your Barbarian Army sword and Battle axe as well.
