Everything works as it should and the firmware has been updated to the most recent version. It has been control tested in Micro-Manager and MetaMorph software.

Our next generation of LED light sources, the award-winning X-Cite NOVEM, delivers the brightest and most powerful LED Illuminator ever. This nine-wavelength, fast-switching system covers spectral ranges from Fura-2 to IR800.
The X-Cite NOVEM features high excitation power for fluorescence applications across the UV-visible-NIR spectrum by utilizing our patented LaserLED Hybrid Drive® to effortlessly fill the green gap in the challenging 500 - 600nm range. Researchers can select the combination best suited to their existing and future imaging applications from four configuration options and pre-installed clean-up filters.
The X-Cite NOVEM has it all. This nine-channel LED illuminator does everything but compromise, with high power output, a wide spectral range, convenient design features, and whisper-quiet operation.
The X-Cite NOVEM, with nine individually controllable channels, is bright enough to compete with arc lamps in microscopy applications. Reduced sample exposure and scanning times will result in better image quality and productivity in the majority of applications. Each channel's intensity can be adjusted in 1% increments, providing complete control and flexibility as well as exceptional uniformity and stability.
The X-Cite NOVEM's spectral coverage ranges from UV to IR. Fura-2 can be imaged using 340/385nm LEDs for ratiometric calcium imaging, as well as powerful excitation for Cy7 and, for the first time, IR800 and other emerging far-red fluorophores.
