The Shuttle AMP’d delivers full-power eMTB performance in a sharp, trail-ready package. Built around the Avinox M2S drive system, it combines explosive power with precise handling and extended range without sacrificing the responsive ride feel Pivot is known for.

Positioned between the AM and LT, AMP’d hits the sweet spot for riders who want more muscle and capability than a lightweight trail eMTB, without stepping fully into long-travel enduro territory.

With 150mm of rear travel paired to a 160mm fork, it charges hard when the trail gets rough while staying lively, reactive, and composed on every ride.

FEATURES:

  • dw-link® Suspension Platform: Optimized suspension kinematics maximize power transfer while improving traction and control. A refined rearward axle path smooths square-edge impacts and keeps momentum carrying through technical terrain.
  • Core Performance DNA: Every frame size is engineered with size-specific carbon layups to deliver consistent ride quality across the lineup. From XS to XL, each bike maintains the same balance of stiffness, efficiency, and control without compromise.
  • Seamless Drivetrain Integration: A hardwired SRAM derailleur connects directly to the Avinox system, enabling SmoothShift for cleaner, more controlled shifting under load and even while coasting. A reserve battery ensures shifting remains functional even if the main battery is depleted.
  • M2S Drive Unit Performance: The Avinox M2S delivers up to 130Nm of torque and 1300W of peak power in a compact, lightweight package. Instant acceleration meets controlled power delivery, with an optional boost mode unlocking maximum output when needed.
  • Integrated Traction Control: A sensor-driven traction system monitors rear wheel slip in real time, automatically adjusting power delivery to maintain grip on steep, technical climbs.
  • Battery System & Fast Charging: An 800Wh battery provides extended range in a streamlined, integrated design. Fast charging minimizes downtime, making it easier to get more laps in and more out of every ride.
  • Integrated Control & Display: A full-color OLED touchscreen acts as both control center and ride computer, giving you quick access to ride modes, system data, and tuning clearly visible and easy to use in all conditions.
  • Integrated Lighting & Accessory Mount: A fully integrated lighting system and universal mount keep your cockpit clean while supporting lights, cameras, and accessories, perfectly positioned and powered directly from the bike.

A primal book on being a Leader and Being a Servant
Format: Kindle
I believe I would spend much hours, and perusing Greenleaf, its so simple and easy to grasp, yet profound and worthy of reflexion, action and again meditation one would find that Hesse's "Journey to the East" will projetc the light of another protagonist, then Journey itself, because its the Journey that brought the new enligment, the growth and change, everything that happens in it is relevant, indispensable and necessary, therefore it behooves us to read Greenleaf's Servant as Leader, many times over while we ourselves take this Servant Leadership Journey, with its help maybe we will discover a a new and magnificent way to better ourselves, and help others grow, develop their potential and become themselves Servant Leaders, there is a great need in todays world for this type of mindset, have you started your journey?? Grab this book, and follow along, you certainly will not regret i!

No other way
Format: Kindle
I found “servant-leadership” as the best way to lead by the simple fact that, despite or even in spite of being counter intuitive and a paradox in itself, it is what Jesus showed us as “the way” - Do you want to lead? Be the last. That’s leading.

simple yet profound
Format: Kindle
The principles presented in this book are quite basic; serving others creates a motivation for them. Yet there is a difficulty in the personal challenges of servant-leadership to remain humble enough to know yourself and understand the concept of putting the highest good above one's own agenda. I enjoyed the examples of leaders who seemingly gave of themselves for the good of a bigger community. They understood their part of the greater good.

Timeless
Format: Kindle
Reading this book applies as much today as the day it was written. Greenleaf reminds us how to get back to the basics of leading well. It's simple; you have to care for those you lead. True leadership is touchy and feely--it's empathic. Through empathy, a leader learns she must serve her followers if she is going to lead them well. A must read!
