The Incogneeto “Invisible” Hot Hold Buffet System, features the MagneetoTM 2 wireless receiver. This unit is installed directly beneath stone or engineered stone counter tops, which are mounted upon a rail system.
The MagneetoTM 2 acts as a temperature sensor and wireless communicator, allowing heat to the chafer. Four standard selectable temperature settings allow users to select their ideal cooking temperature. Efficient, reliable and extremely visually appealing, this unit delivers excellent results, every use.

- Under counter design with a polycarbonate top and aluminium housing
- Includes Magneeto™ 2 wireless receiver - a trivet-like device used on the countertop to locate the heat zone
- Standard selectable temperature settings: 65˚C / 70˚C / 75˚C / 80˚C / 85˚C, with lower temperature selections via the keypad
- Accommodates up to a 305mm induction-compatible enamel cast ironware or traditional chafer
- Can be safely used under natural stone, or engineered ‘stone’ countertops
- Automatic pan detection allows for instant energy transmission to pan; almost no energy consumption when pan is not present
- Lock feature prevents unwanted setting changes
