The Industrial Athletic plate carrier (weight vest) is a tried and tested design, embodying all of the best features of a weighted vest.  Constructed specifically to compliment natural range of motion, increase total weight to the body in any workout, whilst still feeling lightweight, and breathable. Reduced bulkiness is found in the low profile 2.5kg weight plates - add up to 6 plates in one vest, 3 in the front, and three in the back. padded shoulder pads increase contact area, comfort, and durability.  Elastic adjustability to your preferred tension for stability, fit  and comfort.  The emergency quick release system provides ultra fast exit from the vest in time critical situations - beware, this takes a while to put back together, once the emergency quick release is deployed.
