What People Are Saying About A House for My Name:

"One of the most important lessons any Christian reader of the Old Testament must learn in order to truly understand its message is its connection to the New Testament. Jesus himself said that the whole Old Testament looked forward to his coming suffering and glorification (Luke 24:25-27, 44-48), but it is surprising how many ignore this crucial principle of interpretation. Peter Leithart has written A House for My Name with that lesson in mind. He not only gives us a first-class introduction to the Old Testament in the context of its own time, but he also shows how all the Scriptures point to the ultimate object of our faith Jesus Christ. I strongly recommend this book." -Tremper Longman III, author of Making Sense of the Old Testament

"This Old Testament survey effectively calls evangelicals to repent of their rejection of 'externals' such as rituals, ceremonies and institutions. It contends that the typical evangelical view of the Old Testament is eerily similar to that of old-time liberalism, even though evangelicalism has always defined itself in opposition to such perspectives." -The Dallas Morning News

"Families can deepen their understanding of the beauty and connectedness of God's story of His covenantal relationship with His people." -The Presbyterian Witness

"So many evangelicals don’t know what to do with the Old Testament, and they’re missing out on so much!" -Alastair Roberts, author of Echoes in Exodus

Exceptional boys suit!
Size: 12, Color: Light Blue, Size: 12, Color: Light Blue
Seriously Great Little Suit! True to Size and Looked So Sharp. I bought this blue suit in a size 12 for my son, and honestly, I was really impressed. You know how sometimes kids' clothes sizing is all over the place? Well, this suit was actually a true size 12, which was a huge relief. It fit him perfectly right out of the box. And the best part? It looked fantastic on him! The blue is a really nice color, and the suit just looked really well-made. He wore it to a 6th Grade graduation and he looked so grown-up and handsome. We got a ton of compliments. If you need a good-looking suit for your son that actually fits, you should definitely check this one out. We were really happy with it!

Great suit but the one we got needs a little adjustment
Size: 7, Color: Purple, Size: 7, Color: Purple
Very nice looking suit and my son loves it! We really like this suit, but unfortunately, the adjustable elastic waist band was sewn into the top of a belt loop on one side, so I will need to seam rip out those stitches and re-sew the belt loop. Also there are stitches through the adjustable back of the vest on one side that I will also need to taken out. Not deal breakers and I definitely know how to do this myself, so it doesn't seem worth returning over. If you order this, just be sure the stitching is right. Hopefully it is just an issue on the one we got. Our son is about 47" tall and weighs 46 pounds and the size 7 suit fits really well, especially because of the adjustable waist.

Good for the price
Size: 7, Color: Navy Blue-vest Set
Purchased for a wedding. My 6 year old was the ring bearer. Perfect fit and he felt like million bucks in it. The color was as advertised and it’s well made. Great value. The under shirt did shrink after washing
